How to Use
Apply a pea-sized amount to the legs or belly 10 - 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. Approximately 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.
It is safe to use more depending on your needs and to apply at other times of day. Apply to the affected area for sore muscles or occasional headaches.
